Spring Recital 2012

Look at those curls—it reminds me more of ME!

So, last weekend was engulfed by Ansley’s Spring Recital at D&D Studios. It is a huge event and we are so thankful to Ms. Debbie and everybody who works extra hard to put this on. We have 3 nights of dancing that lasts 2.5-3 hours a night with over 30 different dance numbers! Of course, my ballerina baby was only in one number that lasted roughly 3 minutes, but all the dancers were fun to watch.

Ansley loves being on stage any chance she gets and even though she squinted the entire time she was on stage because the lights were “blinding”, she still said it was “awesome”.

This is one of the times when she gets to wear lip gloss and blush outside of the house, and oooooh is she excited when that happens.

Daddy surprised her with some pretty red roses for the finale. We even had family visiting in the midst of the chaos and Easton got to come watch her big cousin dance, too.

We all had a great time, even the too cool brother!
